WHAT THE PLAN INCLUDES

Business conference rooms with participant’s capacity control.

Conference rooms with registration of participants for capacity control.

Private meeting rooms for businesses with a maximum capacity of 10 people, prior scheduling for capacity control, using a security token.

Scheduling control available in 30 minute segments.

Virtual booths for commercial exhibitions that make use of tools such as: website, 360º views, chats, among others (Note: The 3D Expo team and software holds responsibility for the configuration, but not the development of booth content, materials or the art work. This responsibility falls on the brand or entity renting the virtual space).

*Customization with brand and company image requires that all images be sent in advance, and adjusted to the sizes established by 3Dexpo. Setup and configuration of a convention can take up to 15 days.
